About
Meet Sophia LeBlanc
I'm a Mental Performance Coach, former Division I gymnast, and graduate of Springfield College's Athletic Counseling Program, where I earned my M.Ed. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My experience has given me the opportunity to work with athletes at every stage, from youth and club sports to the high school and collegiate levels.
As a competitive athlete, I experienced firsthand how challenging the mental side of sports can be. I worked through injuries, fears, confidence struggles, and the pressures that come with competing. Growing up, I also worked with a mental performance coach and saw firsthand how valuable that support could be.
That experience inspired me to provide the same opportunity to other athletes. Through Power Mindset, I help athletes build confidence, manage pressure, overcome mental blocks, strengthen focus, and develop mental skills they can use both in sport and in life.

Coaching from inside the sport
Competing at the Division I level taught me what pressure feels like in the moments that matter, and what actually helps.
